Organic Stevia 97% Reb-A

Stevia is a natural sweetener, extracted from the Stevia leaves. It has a high sugar sweetness equivalent level, with extremely low caloric value. Stevioside and Rebaudioside-A are the main components of Stevia. It has a pure sweetness, resembling that of cane sugar.

It’s sweetness is 300-400 times that of cane sugar, and its caloric value is 1/300 that of cane sugar. It is recognised as a nutritional food and health supplement in global medical fields.

Stevia has been consumed for over 400 years at its place of origin in Paraguay. Stevioside does not participate in human metabolism, it does not accumulate within the body and is non-toxic. Its safety has been recognised by both the FAO and WHO.

Stevia is stable in its form and does not react to acid, alkali, heat and light. It does not ferment. It does not get mouldy and deteriorate in quality if stored for a long time.
